Shanthy har over 17 års erfaring med implementasjon, testing, feilsøking og design av nettverk, med hovedfokus på LAN/WAN, MPLS og sikkerhet.

Hun har jobbet som test-, implementasjon- og driftsingeniør i ISP-er/selskaper på ulike prosjekter med forskjellige teknologier.

Shanthy har betydelig erfaring med konfigurasjon av komplekse tjenester og leverer grundig dokumentasjon. Hun samarbeider godt med ulike team og hjelper alltid når hun kan. Shanthy er svært nysgjerrig på å lære/teste nye teknologier og tar raskt til seg ny kunnskap og nye problemstillinger.
